Accommodation Policy

  • This Accommodation Policy was originally written in Japanese and has been translated into English. The Japanese version shall be considered the official version, and the English version is provided for reference purposes. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the two versions, the Japanese version shall prevail.
  • We have established the following Accommodation Policy to ensure that all guests can enjoy a safe and comfortable stay. Guests are required to review and agree to this Policy prior to use. If a guest fails to comply with this Policy, we may refuse accommodation or use of the premises. We shall not be liable for any accidents or troubles arising from violations of this Policy, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part.
  • Article 1 (Scope of Application)

    1. This Policy shall apply to all guests.

    Article 2 (Check-in and Check-out)

    1. Check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
    2. Check-out time is by 10:00 AM.
    3. If you arrive later than your scheduled check-in time without prior notice, your reservation may be treated as a cancellation and no-show.
    4. Please contact us in advance if you require check-in or check-out outside of the designated hours (including early morning check-out), or if you wish to extend your stay.

    Article 3 (Children)

    1. For the comfort of other guests and for safety reasons, guests under 13 years of age are not permitted at our guesthouse.

    Article 4 (Pets)

    1. Pets are not allowed for hygiene and consideration of other guests. However, guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs are permitted with prior notice.

    Article 5 (Quiet Hours)

    1. Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. During this time, please keep noise to a minimum and be considerate of other guests.

    Article 6 (Use of Facility and Shared Spaces)

    1. Our guesthouse is a shared space with other guests. Please be considerate and help maintain a comfortable environment.
    2. Shoes are not permitted inside the guesthouse except on the balcony. Please use the provided slippers and do not take them outside.
    3. Please be mindful of other guests and avoid occupying shared spaces (lounge, kitchen, bathroom, etc.) for extended periods.
    4. Please handle all equipment and furnishings with care.
    5. After use, please clean up and keep the area tidy.
    6. Please dispose of garbage properly in designated bins and separate it according to instructions. Improper disposal may result in additional cleaning charges.
    7. For guidelines during quiet hours, please refer to Article 5 (Quiet Hours).

    Article 7 (Handling of Equipment and Liability for Damage)

    1. Guests are prohibited from moving or removing any equipment or furnishings from guest rooms or the premises without our permission.
    2. In the event of loss, damage, or contamination of any items, guests may be required to compensate for the actual cost.
    3. Guests are responsible for any loss, damage, or soiling of their personal belongings in guest rooms or shared areas within the premises.
    4. Items left unattended for extended periods may be moved by staff if necessary.

    Article 8 (Use of the Kitchen)

    1. The kitchen is a shared space; please be considerate of other guests and avoid occupying it for extended periods.
    2. After use, please wash, dry, and put away all utensils and dishes, leaving them clean and tidy.
    3. Guests are responsible for their own food and must not use other guests’ food without permission.
    4. Please be considerate of other guests and avoid cooking that produces strong odors or smoke.
    5. During quiet hours, please be considerate of other guests in accordance with Article 5 (Quiet Hours) . Only light use, such as boiling water or using a microwave, is permitted, while cooking or activities that generate noise or odors should be avoided.
    6. If any shared space is left in an unsanitary condition or not properly cleaned, guests may be charged a cleaning fee.

    Article 9 (Use of the Bathroom)

    1. The bathroom is for shower use only.
    2. The bathroom is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM and from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
    3. The bathroom is a shared facility, so please be considerate of other guests and avoid occupying it for extended periods, especially during busy times.
    4. After use, please tidy up, do a light cleaning of the area, and ensure proper ventilation.
    5. Please use the hairdryer provided in the washroom and do not remove it from the washroom.

    Article 10 (Use of Laundry Facilities)

    1. The washing machine is free to use. Laundry detergent is sold separately (¥100 per use).
    2. The dryer is ¥100 per 30 minutes. Since it is located outdoors, please contact staff before use.
    3. As this is a shared facility, please be considerate of other guests and avoid occupying it for extended periods or leaving items unattended after use.
    4. Guests are responsible for managing their laundry. Laundry left for extended periods may be moved by staff if necessary.
    5. Please be considerate of other guests and comply with Article 5 (Quiet Hours) when using the facilities during quiet hours.

    Article 11 (Use of Internet Services)

    1. Wi-Fi is available; however, we do not guarantee the speed or stability of the connection. Please note that connectivity may become unstable due to weather conditions, network congestion, or other usage factors.

    Article 12 (Noise and Courtesy)

    1. Please be considerate of other guests and comply with Article 5 (Quiet Hours) when using the facilities during quiet hours.
    2. Parties, gatherings, and loud music that may disturb other guests are strictly prohibited.
    3. Any disruptive behavior in or around the premises, including noise, improper parking, and improper disposal or abandonment of garbage, is strictly prohibited.
    4. If a complaint is received and the behavior does not improve, or is deemed serious or malicious, guests may be required to leave the premises immediately.

    Article 13 (Prohibited Activities)

    1. The following acts are prohibited on the premises:
      • ・Violation of laws or public order and morals
      • ・Disruptive behavior toward other guests
      • ・Unauthorized commercial activities or event hosting
      • ・Bringing in hazardous materials, open flames
      • ・Smoking outside designated smoking areas
      • ・Unauthorized stays by persons not registered in the booking
      • ・Damage to or removal of any facilities, equipment, or furnishings
      • ・Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by us

    Article 14 (Smoking)

    1. Smoking is prohibited inside the facility. Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas. If smoking inside the facility is confirmed, cleaning fees or other charges may be imposed.

    Article 15 (Valuables)

    1. Guests are responsible for their own valuables. We shall not be liable for any theft, loss, or damage within the premises, including shared spaces.
    2. As guest rooms are lockable, please keep your valuables in your room and ensure proper locking of the door.

    Article 16 (Capacity and Guest Limits)

    1. Guests may not exceed the maximum capacity of guest rooms or the premises.
    2. Stays by guests not registered to the reservation are strictly prohibited. If unregistered additional guests are found, additional charges may be imposed or guests may be asked to leave the premises.

    Article 17 (Visitors)

    1. Use of the premises by non-guests is generally not permitted. If you wish to bring visitors, please contact us in advance.

    Article 18 (Parking Facilities)

    1. Guests must park only in designated areas. We are not liable for any accidents, theft, or damage occurring within the parking facilities.

    Article 19 (Evacuation Routes)

    1. Please check the evacuation routes and emergency exits posted within the premises. In case of an emergency, please follow all instructions and evacuate promptly.

    Article 20 (Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces)

    1. Guests affiliated with organized crime groups or other anti-social forces, or those deemed equivalent thereto, shall not be permitted to stay. If such affiliation is discovered, their stay shall be terminated immediately.

    Article 21 (Liability for Damages)

    1. If damage is caused to the premises due to a guest’s intentional or negligent acts, the guest shall be liable for such damages.

    Article 22 (Amendments to the Accommodation Policy)

    1. This Policy may be amended without prior notice as necessary. Any amendments shall be announced on our official website or within the premises.
